A 2-week workshop designed for advanced pianists desiring to teach piano with a Biblical emphasis. Students will gain a broad perspective on the requirements, responsibilities and rewards of a professional Christian piano teacher. Emphasis in this class will be setting up a professional studio, teaching beginning students and understanding differences in learning styles. Studies will include forming a philosophy of teaching, developing a studio policy and conducting interviews, evaluation of piano instruction methods, and teaching correct piano techniques.
